This beachfront apartment built in the 1990's was generous in proportions, but could benefit from a adjustment to it's spatial planning. By using it's existing footprint, within the external walls, we created an additional 2 bathrooms so that each of the 4 bedrooms had an en-suite, the ultimate luxury. 
We also proposed an upgrade to the kitchen, bathrooms and all fittings and fixtures, along with the new furniture for each space.
