With a background in Psychology, Lisa holds a Diploma in Interior Design, often combining the two knowledge sets in her sensitive and intuitive approach to spaces and people.
Established in 2007, relationship-building is a central tenet of the studio, along with integrity and professionalism. 
 

We design interiors that extend the architecture – where layout, light, material and sense of place work together to shape how a space is experienced.

 

Our work sits between interior design and interior architecture, with a focus on clarity, restraint, and long-term value.

The work of the studio ultimately is to engender connection, both between people and between people and the spaces they inhabit. 
 
The homeware collection includes lighting and art prints and was launched in 2020. The collection comprises of quality products marked by consideration for detailing, all utilising the skills of local artisans. It is the studio’s ethos to advocate for the South African community and create products that will be appreciated worldwide.

Lungi Linda holds a qualification in multi-disciplinary drawing office practice (MDDOP) and both a Diploma in Interior design and a Bachelor of Technology in Interior Design, finishing Cum Laude in 2019 from DUT. She started with Lisa Twyman in 2023 and brings her magic computer skills to drawings and renders in both the interior design projects and product design endeavours of the studio.
