This project was a joyful and comprehensive home renovation for a young family on the KZN North Coast, resulting in a home with an easy-breezy holiday feel. The house was in need of an update, and a personality. Starting with the concept of a beach house for The Lumineers, we embarked on the reorganising of spatial layout, creating better use of the space, and opening up exterior walls to bring in the gorgeous light and warm weather prevalent most of the year. The addition of textural finishes and unexpected colourway juxtapositions added the rock 'n roll element in a timeless manner.
